A unique fusion of Pilates and cardiovascular exercise. Pilates strengthens the core and improves flexibility and posture. Cardio raises your heart rate and breathing rate to strengthen your heart and lungs and help reduce body fat, increase energy levels and endurance. By combining Pilates and Cardio you are giving your body the best of both – strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Suitable for all abilities, but NOT suitable for those with acute injuries.
Yoglates is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. Lots of people struggle to choose between Yoga and Pilates so we merged the two so that you can reap the benefits of both. This class offers improved core stability, flexibility, posture, balance and relaxation.
Some Yoga and/or Pilates experience is recommended.

We offer a FREE TRIAL CLASS so that you can ensure that you are 100% happy that our classes are right for you before committing to a full course.
Classes run 50 weeks a year (only stopping for two weeks at Christmas) so no interruption to your regular exercise routine and health and well being due to school holidays.
Terms & Conditions
Payment is via Direct Debit using GoCardless.
Payment is for the 10 classes that take place during the 10 week course.
If you join after a course has started, you will be charged the appropriate pro-rata amount for the remaider of the course.
Payment for the next course is on week 9 of the current course to guarantee your space. Late payment may result in your space being offered to someone on our waiting list.
If you are unable to attend your class please give us as much notice as possible. A minimum of 24 hours notice of non attendance is required if you wish to try and make up the class at a later date.
Missed classes can be made up, subject to availability, within a 6 week period, while you are still enrolled on a course.
Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next course in lieu of payment.
If you book a make up class and fail to attend you will not be offered an alternative as a space would have been allocated to you and therefore unavailable to others that may have wanted it.
